Hi, I’m Özdemir.

I work where engineering, project controls and team delivery meet. In aerospace and engine manufacturing, I coached teams and led an enterprise-wide Agile transformation supporting an organization of roughly 3,000 people.

I also designed a hybrid project management system in Azure DevOps that brought together Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, work breakdown structures and waterfall planning. It connected schedules, risk, lessons learned, customer needs, value and cost management in one delivery picture.

My experience spans aerospace and engine manufacturing, global appliance manufacturing, consulting and analytics, software and data systems, and education and creative problem-solving. I have led a seven-engineer team, developed decision dashboards and improved cost and life-cycle analysis.

I aim to give teams room to adapt while helping leaders see commitments, risks and decisions clearly.
